My clients struggle with feeling stuck, hopeless and exhausted, both as individuals, life partners or parents, lacking peace in their life and relationships due to unresolved trauma. Trauma is often the root cause of chronic mental and physical health issues, the inability to maintain healthy relationships, and low self worth. Trauma can seep into every aspect of your life. I specialize in clients with trauma and complex trauma. I facilitate an environment for clients to identify unresolved trauma and how it has impacted their lives in past and present relationship cycles.
