Job Description: Clinical Associate Fee For Service

Terrapin Therapeutic Collaborative is seeking motivated independently licensed clinician associates to support our clients.

This is a fee-for-service position that allows clinicians to create the schedule and caseload desired. Positions are part time.

Clinicians are W2 Employees
We are looking for individuals with skills in the following areas:

  • Trauma Experience
  • Skills creating and facilitating group sessions
  • Experience with young children (age 3-7)
  • Couples/Family therapists
  • Addiction and substance abuse
  • Eating disorders
  • Modalities (EMDR, Biofeedback etc.) and/or animal assisted therapy, IFS, DBT, TF-CBT
  • Expressive, art, movement, yoga
  • Crisis management and the wraparound model
  • Medication management clinicians

Qualifications

  • Professional license required (LMHC, LICSW, Psy.D, Ph.D, FNP)
  • Masters Degree in Mental Health, Social Work or Counseling Psychology or related field required; previous 1-2 years experience required
  • Sufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Health Record required
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred, but will train if necessary
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, organized and professional manner
  • Ability to manage their own schedules, build their own caseloads, while also receiving internal referrals
